VEHICLE 2 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS IN THE MEDIAN FACING NORTH. OCCUPANT WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT CAPITAL REGION MEDICAL CENTER BY DR. KELLY DOUGLAS AT 2229 HOURS. Injuries
Wilson's injuries were moderate. Wilson was taken by Personal Conveyance to University Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Mazda 3 driven by Wilson was total. It was removed by Towed By Tow Pro Llc. The damage to the 2010 Chrysler Town And Country driven by Miller was total. It was removed by Towed By Tow Pro Llc.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr E C Penrod of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220106684 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
