McKinney's injuries were moderate. McKinney was taken by Lone Jack Fire to Centerpoint Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2017 Lincoln Mkz driven by Mckinney was total. It was removed by Towed From The Scene By Ron'S Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
