Lewis Hale Killed in a Crash on January 14, 2022 in Iron County, Missouri

Lewis A Hale of Annapolis, MO was killed on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 2:22PM in Iron County, Missouri. Hale is a 89-year-old man.

Sgt A F Cheaney Assisted By Cpl T E Erpenbach and Major Crash Team Four Sgt J M Weadon of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220022894 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
