Emerald O'Connor Injured in a Crash on January 14, 2022 in Howard County, Missouri

Emerald S O'Connor of New Franklin, MO was injured on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 6:40PM in Howard County, Missouri. O'Connor is a 22-year-old woman.
