CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-29. VEH 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE EAST SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN. VEH 1 STRUCK A SIGN POST AND EMBANKMENT. VEH 1 BECAME AIRBORNE AND STRUCK THE MEDIAN. VEH 1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS DRIVERS SIDE FACING NORTHWEST. ASSISTED BY TPR. M.A. HARRIS (282), CVE. J.E. Injuries

Seubert's injuries were minor. Seubert was taken by Atchison Holt Ems to Mosaic Life Care In Saint Joseph.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2019 Kia Soul driven by Seubert was total. It was removed by Towed By Double D Towing Of Mound City.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr S S Base of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220013938 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
