Martha Wainwright Killed in a Crash on December 15, 2021 in St. Louis County, Missouri

Martha C Wainwright of Kirkwood, MO was killed on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 9:04PM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Wainwright is a 49-year-old woman.

FATAL CRASH REPORT - VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON WEST ADAMS AVE. DRIVER 1 ATTEMPTED TO PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE ON A CURVE. DRIVER 1 SWERVED TO AVOID AN ONCOMING VEHICLE. DRIVER 1 LOST CONTROL AND VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE FRONT LEFT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK A TREE, BEFORE RETURNING TO THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNING. DRIVER 1 WAS EJECTED FROM VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 1 THEN TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. DRIVER FATALITY PRONOUNCED BY DR. WILMAS AT 2135 HOURS ON 12/15/2021. ASSISTED BY TPR. J. Injuries

Wainwright's injuries were fatal. Wainwright was taken by Kirkwood Fire Protection District to Mercy Hospital St Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach_E driven by Wainwright was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Mcnamara'S.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt E Kessler of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210652967 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
