Waters's injuries were minor. Waters was taken by Ambulance to Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2003 Ford F250 driven by Waters was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Shoemaker'S Tow, Excelsior Springs, Mo.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
