Derenda Russell Injured in a Crash on December 20, 2021 in Scott County, Missouri

Derenda D Russell of East Prairie, MO was injured on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 9:46AM in Scott County, Missouri. Russell is a 47-year-old woman.
