Kody Walter Injured in a Crash on November 14, 2021 in Henry County, Missouri

Kody L Walter of Osceola, MO was injured on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 1:55PM in Henry County, Missouri. Walter is a 25-year-old woman.

Injuries

Walter's injuries were minor. Walter was not taken to the hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2016 Chevrolet Colorado driven by Rufenacht was minor. It was removed by Towed By Gary'S.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr J S Baughman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210592825 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
