Destinae T Smith of Fort Riley, KS was injured on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 8:43AM in Montgomery County, Missouri. Smith is a 22-year-old woman.

CRASH OCCURRED AS DRIVER 1 LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE 1 ON WET PAVEMENT AND TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 THEN STRUCK THE CONCRETE MEDIAN BARRIER CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO OVERTURN AND COME TO REST ON ITS TOP IN THE CENTER OF THE WESTBOUND LANES.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
