DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO RETURN TO THE ROADWAY AND BEGIN SKIDDING OUT OF CONTROL. VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, TRAVELED BACK OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT BEFORE OVERTURNING. Injuries
Lofland's injuries were minor. Lofland was taken by Private Vehicle to Mosaic Life Care In St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2008 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Lofland was total. It was removed by Towed By Private Party.

Sgt S M Hux of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210541904 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
