Injuries
Leverett's injuries were fatal. Leverett was taken by Marion Co Ambulance to Blessing Hospital In Quincy.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2016 Ford F450 Ambulance driven by Bowman was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Heartland Towing. The damage to the 2016 Ford Escape driven by Leverett was total. It was removed by Towed By Parts Wrecker.

The highway patrol assigned report number 210506968 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
