Injuries
Emery's injuries were minor. Emery was taken by Nodaway County Ems to Mosaic Maryville.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1999 Ford L8000 Dumptruck driven by Emery was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Kizer'S Towing. The damage to the 1995 Chevrolet Truck driven by Cruth was total. It was removed by Truck Towed By Shell'S -- Kizer'S Towed Towed Unit.

Tpr T R Hecker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210392193 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
