Kelly A Burgess of Tulsa, OK was killed on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 4:42AM in Crawford County, Missouri. Burgess is a 54-year-old woman.

Injuries
Burgess's injuries were fatal. Burgess was taken to Body Transported To The Crawford County Morgue.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2006 Ford Escape driven by Burgess was total. It was removed by Patriot Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J J McDonald of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210391933 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
