Moffat's injuries were serious. Moffat was taken by Grand River Ambulance to Mosaic - Albany.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Gmc Pickup driven by Moffat was total. It was removed by Towed By Raymond Smith Towing - Albany. The damage to the 1987 John Deere Tractor driven by Gillespie was total. It was removed by Secured At The Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr B L Israel of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210385764 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
