Warren A Blake of Willard, MO was killed on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 9:45AM in Greene County, Missouri. Blake is a 95-year-old man.

Injuries

Blake's injuries were fatal. Blake was taken by EMS to Mercy Springfield.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2005 Chevrolet Truck driven by Zimmerman was total. It was removed by Towed By Henry'S Towing. The damage to the 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Blake was total. It was removed by Towed By Henry'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl T A Badgett of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210323119 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
