Injuries
Mueller's injuries were fatal. Mueller was taken by St Charles City Fire Department to Mercy Hospital St Louis.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Kay was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Cardinal Towing. The damage to the 2006 Hyundai Elantra driven by Mueller was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Cardinal Towing. The damage to the 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Derr was moderate. It was removed by Towed By/To Cardinal Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr K D House and McIu Sgt P W Meyers and Sgt J D Cox of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210275523 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
