CRASH OCCURED AS VEHCLE ONE WAS WAS AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE WORKING A PREVIOUS CRASH ON INTERSTATE 44 AT EXIT 88. VEHICLE TWO FAILED TO MOVE OVER FOR THE EMERGENCY VEHICLE ONE AND STRUCK EMERGENCY VEHICLE ONE IN THE REAR WITH ITS FRONT. EMERGENCY VEHICLE ONE CAME TO REST OFF THE ROADWAY FACING EAST. VEHICLE TWO CAME TO REST IN THE ROADWAY FACING EAST.

Injuries

Moore's injuries were minor. Moore was taken to To Mercy Hospital In Springfield, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2013 Chrysler 200 driven by Moore was total. It was removed by Towed By Brines Towing. The damage to the 2020 Ford Explorer driven by Dustman was total. It was removed by Towed By Brines Wrecker.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr J Cleeton of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210322867 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
