Troy Wilson Killed in a Crash on May 15, 2021 in Washington County, Missouri

Troy L Wilson of Steelville, MO was killed on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 4:00PM in Washington County, Missouri. Wilson is a 49-year-old man.

FATALITY REPORT - DRIVER 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT CURVE. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TREE. SUBJECT WAS PRONOUNCED BY DR PETER MCCARTHY AT MISSOURI BAPTIST SULLIVAN HOSPITAL AT 1758 HOURS ON 05/15/2021.

Injuries

Wilson's injuries were fatal. Wilson was taken by Washington County Ems to Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2018 Nissan Versa driven by Wilson was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Chucks Towing.

Tpr K D Roney of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210235039 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
