Olivia Beightel Injured in a Crash on May 20, 2021 in Franklin County, Missouri

Olivia L Beightel of Sullivan, MO was injured on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 8:30PM in Franklin County, Missouri. Beightel is a 27-year-old woman.

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON MISSOURI 47. DRIVER 1 WAS FOLLOWING TOO CLOSE AND SWERVED TO AVOID TRAFFIC AHEAD. VEHICLE 1 EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND OVERTURNED.

The police said the damage to the 2009 Harley Davidson driven by Wallis was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

Cpl R A Leclaire of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210244528 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
