Kerry Johnson Injured in a Crash on May 18, 2021 in Jefferson County, Missouri

Kerry L Johnson of De Soto, MO was injured on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 3:38PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Johnson is a 49-year-old woman.

The crash happened here: eastbound Route Y west of Lucky acres.

In the crash, Johnson was a driver. The police described the crash like this:

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON ROUTE Y AND TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD, AND BEGAN SLIDING. THE FRONT END OF VEHICLE #1 STRUCK A MAILBOX, AND THEN A FENCE. VEHICLE #1 CONTINUED TRAVELLING OFF THE ROAD, STRUCK A TREE, AND VEHICLE #1'S FRONT END STRUCK A SECOND TREE. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Injuries

Johnson's injuries were minor. Johnson was taken by Valley Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital South.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2011 Ford Edge driven by Johnson was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By Sturms Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr D A Crowell of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210240079 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
