CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH#1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON W 210 AVE. DRIVER#1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE CURVE AND TRAVELLED OF SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEH#1 STRUCK A TREE AND CAME TO REST FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY CPL. B.R. HILLIARD (468) AND HARRISON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Phelps's injuries were minor. Phelps was taken by Private Vehicle to Harrison County Community Hospital In Bethany, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2007 Chrysler Town And Country driven by Guy was total. It was removed by Towed By Youngs Towings.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
