Injuries
Campbell's injuries were moderate. Campbell was taken by Union Ambulance to Mercy Hospital - Washington.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2003 Chevrolet S10 driven by Campbell was total. It was removed by Towed By Hoffman'S Towing To Owner'S Residence. The damage to the 2001 Ford Excursion driven by Jones was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Sturm'S Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J M Langley of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210187650 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
