Eric Loaiza Injured in a Crash on March 27, 2021 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Eric J Loaiza of O'Fallon, MO was injured on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:46PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Loaiza is a 41-year-old man.

Loaiza's injuries were serious. Loaiza was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2009 Harley Davidson driven by Loaiza was minor. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City.

Tpr D O Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210144625 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
