Trisha Sampson Injured in a Crash on January 25, 2021 in Osage County, Missouri

Trisha E Sampson of Belle, MO was injured on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 8:35AM in Osage County, Missouri. Sampson is a 57-year-old woman.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, TRAVELLED OFF OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A DITCH AND A ROCK BLUFF. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP IN A DITCH. ASSISTED BY CPL. M. A. DICKENS (675) AND THE OSAGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Sampson's injuries were moderate. Sampson was taken by Osage County Ems to Capital Region Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2011 Hyundai Sonata driven by Sampson was total. It was removed by Towed By Owen'S Towing In Belle, Mo.

Tpr B R Lange of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210039705 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
