Phillip Kuda Injured in a Crash on October 17, 2020 in Audrain County, Missouri

Phillip W Kuda of Curryville, MO was injured on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 6:15PM in Audrain County, Missouri. Kuda is a 70-year-old man.

OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 STRUCK A DEER, TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND BECAME AIRBORNE. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.

The police said the damage to the 2006 Ford F150 driven by Kuda was total. It was removed by A1 Towing - Mexico.

Tpr D J Dalton of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200521829 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
