CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS SNORTHBOUND ON WEXFORD RD AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN WEST ON MO 116. VEH2 WAS EASTBOUND ON MO 116 AND STRUCK VEH1 ON DRIVER'S SIDE. BOTH VEHICLES CAME TO REST IN THE EASTBOUND LANE. ASSISTED BY TPR. B. R. MUCK (1419), CLINTON CO SO, LATHROP PD, AND LATHROP FD.

Injuries

White's injuries were moderate. White was taken by Tri County Ambulance to Liberty Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2004 Jeep Liberty driven by White was extensive. It was removed by Towed Sam'S. The damage to the 2002 International Dump Truck driven by Farr was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Randy'S.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Sgt J H Thompson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200500363 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
