Gwen Goskie Injured in a Crash on October 17, 2020 in Franklin County, Missouri

Gwen M Goskie of Hermann, MO was injured on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 7:09AM in Franklin County, Missouri. Goskie is a 22-year-old woman.

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON OLD HIGHWAY 100. VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING TO FAST FOR CONDITIONS AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE IN THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE EMBANKMENT WITH ITS FRONT AND OVERTURNED.

Injuries

Goskie's injuries were serious. Goskie was taken by Washington Area Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital Washington.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Goskie was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Sturms Towing.

Tpr H H Hoemann of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200520486 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
