David Gibbon Injured in a Crash on September 18, 2020 in Audrain County, Missouri

David W Gibbon of Woodland, CA was injured on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 2:07PM in Audrain County, Missouri. Gibbon is a 39-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED AND RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY. DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED A SECOND TIME AND RAN OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AGAIN. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS LEFT SIDE.

Injuries

Gibbon's injuries were serious. Gibbon was taken by Ambulance to University Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2019 International Box Truck driven by Gibbon was moderate. It was removed by A-1 Towing Mexico Missouri.

Tpr C B Wilt of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200467063 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
