CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH 1 WAS SOUTH ON N AVE. VEH 1 TRAVELED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A DITCH. VEH 1 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS PARTIALLY IN THE ROADWAY FACING EAST. ASSISTED BY CPL. M.R. HEITS (663), TPR. C.J. BLUE (124) AND ATCHISON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Tpr M A Harris of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200489882 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
