CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 ATTEMPTED TO OUT RUN A TRAIN. DRIVER #1 WENT UNDER THE CROSSING GATE. THE GATE STRUCK DRIVER #1, AND HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A DITCH, AND WAS EJECTED. THE DRIVER WAS ARRESTED BY BARRY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.
Injuries
Henson's injuries were serious. Henson was taken by Ambulance to Cox Hospital Monett, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Yamaha 450 Atv driven by Henson was minor. It was removed by Released To Driver'S Sister.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
