The police said the damage to the 2007 Chrysler Aspen driven by Hundley was total. It was removed by Towed J'S Southland. The damage to the 2017 Toyota Rav 4 driven by Smuder was extensive. It was removed by Towed By J'S Southland.

Cpl K M Hoover and McIu Team Sgt G D Ward of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200322160 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
