Colton Williams Injured in a Crash on July 07, 2020 in Jasper County, Missouri

Colton J Williams of Reeds, MO was injured on Tuesday, July 07, 2020 at 3:20PM in Jasper County, Missouri. Williams is a 23-year-old man.

VEH #2 WAS STOPPED IN THE ROADWAY WHILE THE DRIVER WAS OUTSIDE LOADING DUMPSTERS. VEH #1 FAILED TO STOP AND STRUCK VEH #2 IN THE REAR. VEH #1 THEN GRAZED PEDESTRIAN #2 CAUSING NO APPARENT INJURIES.

Injuries

Williams's injuries were minor. Williams was not taken to the hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2001 Honda Odessy driven by Crosby was total. It was removed by Schraders Towing, Carthage, Mo. The damage to the 2008 International Trash Truck driven by No driver was moderate. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt B D Helms of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200322493 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
