Richard Griggs Injured in a Crash on March 12, 2020 in Perry County, Missouri

Richard W Griggs of Fredericktown, Missouri was injured on Thursday, March 12th 2020 at 4:50 am in Perry County, Missouri. Griggs is a 55-year-old man.
