Injuries

Horn's injuries were minor. Horn was taken by Christian EMS to DePaul Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2009 Pontiac G 8 driven by Maurice Horn was total. It was removed by A 2 B Towing. The damage to the 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Corey Patrick was total. It was also removed by A 2 B Towing.

Trooper A M Collins Sergeant J D Cox of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200142644 to this crash. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
