VEH 3 CAME TO REST ON THE CENTERLINE. AFTER IMPACT, VEH 2 TRAVELLED OFF RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY ADJACENT TO VEH 1. VEH 1 WAS STRUCK BY DEBRIS PROJECTILES FROM THE IMPACT BETWEEN VEHS 2 & 3. VEH 1 WAS A MISSOURI HIGHWAY PATROL VEHICLE WITH NO EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT ACTIVATED. ESTIMATE OF DAMAGE TO VEH 1 $500 TO THE REAR & LEFT SIDE, P# PWVEHICLE 1 [THE 2017 FORD EXPLORER DRIVEN BY CHRISTOPHER DANIELS]7533, MILEAGE 29,500. DRIVER THREE PRONOUNCED ON 03/19/20 BY DR. TYLER EGVERT WITH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AT 1240. THIS IS TROOP F FATALITY 4 FOR MARCH & 10 FOR 2020. ASSISTED BY LT. S. M. BURGUN (105), CPL. R. A. SANDERS (1275), CPL. M. P. ACORD (170), CPL. D. D. Injuries

Reed's injuries were moderate. Reed was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2017 Ford Explorer driven by Christopher Daniels was minor. The damage to the 2014 Ford F 350 driven by Gary Rooks was total. It was removed by Dales Automotive Camdenton. The damage to the 2012 Ford Fusion driven by Valissa Corado was total. It was also removed by Dales Automotive Camdenton.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Sergeant M J Cody of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200144739 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $5.75 for each certified report (certification required for court). But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted or blacked out.
