Rolla Rigsby Killed in a Crash on February 12, 2020 in McDonald County, Missouri

Rolla J Rigsby of Wyandott, OKLAHOMA was killed on Wednesday, February 12th 2020 at 1:40 pm in McDonald County, Missouri. Rigsby is a 71-year-old woman.
