Lea'Ana's injuries were minor. Lea'Ana was taken by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center.

The police said the damage to the 2006 Dodge Durango driven by Punipuao Lea'Ana was extensive. It was removed by Roadside.
