Travis Beaver Injured in a Crash on October 15, 2019 in Lincoln County, Missouri

Travis W Beaver of Elsberry, Missouri was injured on Tuesday, October 15th 2019 at 1:00 pm in Lincoln County, Missouri. Beaver is a 17-year-old boy.

In the crash, Beaver was a passenger. The crash happened here: Brownsmill Road west of David Street. The police described the crash like this:

DRIVER 1 WAS TRAVELING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS. DRIVER 1 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID ANOTHER VEHICLE BUT VEHICLE 1 [THE 1999 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS DRIVEN BY WILLIAM ARD] WAS UNABLE TO STOP. VEHICLE 1 [THE 1999 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS DRIVEN BY WILLIAM ARD] TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 1 [THE 1999 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS DRIVEN BY WILLIAM ARD] STRUCK A TREE.

Injuries

Beaver's injuries were minor. Beaver was not taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by William Ard was total. It was removed by Jackson Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Trooper A J Mayer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 190603203 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $5.75 for each certified report (certification required for court). But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted or blacked out.
