Richard Carter Killed in a Crash on October 3, 2019 in St Louis County, Missouri

Richard L Carter of Fenton, Missouri was killed on Thursday, October 3rd 2019 at 11:20 pm in St Louis County, Missouri. Carter is a 42-year-old man.

Carter's injuries were fatal. Carter was taken by Lonning Mortuary Service to St. Louis County Morgue.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2013 Chevrolet Sonic driven by Boden Brooks was extensive. It was removed by Miners Towing.

The highway patrol charges $5.75 for each certified report (certification required for court). But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
