VEHICLE #2 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND STRUCK VEHICLE #1 HEAD ON. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS, FACING WEST, BLOCKING BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC. VEHICLE #2 TRAVELED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING NORTHEAST. ASSISTED BY THE HARRISON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Injuries

Whitmire's injuries were minor. Whitmire was taken by Nta Ambulance to Harrison County Community Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2004 Buick Park Avenue driven by Koby Whitmire was total. It was removed by Southside MFA and Towing Tow in Bethany Mo. The damage to the 2006 Mercury Mariner driven by Jeffrey Prince was total. It was removed by Southside MFA and Towing Theri Tow in Bethany Mo.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Trooper Q R Mcconkey of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 180026692 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $5.75 for each certified report (certification required for court). But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted or blacked out.
