Rogers's injuries were moderate. Rogers was taken by Dekalb Clinton Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.

The police said the damage to the 2010 Chrysler Pc driven by Brooke Rogers was total. It was removed by 36 Highway Auto and Diesel of Osborn.

The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
