Fatal Injuries

Smith's injuries were fatal. Smith was taken to Duncan Funeral Home of Mtn View, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2000 International 9400 driven by Lyle Cooley was minor. The damage to the 2002 Honda Trx 250 driven by Raymond Smith was moderate. It was removed by Bakers of Birch Tree.
