Kailey Spencer Killed in a Crash on July 03, 2022 in Lincoln County, Missouri

Kailey R Spencer of Troy, MO was killed on Sunday, July 03, 2022 at 1:26AM in Lincoln County, Missouri. Spencer is a 33-year-old woman.

Spencer's injuries were fatal. Spencer was taken to Transported To/By Carter-Ricks Funeral Home.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2015 Ram 1500 driven by Burgdorf was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By Jackson Automotive.

Cpl C J North of Crash Team and Tpr S T Bruenger of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220350739 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
